CHAP. 279.— An Act For the relief of Bernice Hutcheson. June 6, 1924.[[H. R. 3143](/us/bill/68/hr/3143).][[Private, No. 44](/us/pvtl/68/44).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Bernice Hutcheson.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Bernice Hutcheson, the sum of $2,587.50 in full settlement of all damages against the Government for expenses incurred and permanent injury, the results of injuries sustained through being struck by a truck, the property of the War Department and driven recklessly by a soldier of the United States Army.
