CHAP. 271.— An Act For the relief of the heirs of Agnes Ingels, deceased. February 19, 1925.[[S. 1765](/us/bill/68/s/1765).][[Private, No. 186](/us/pvtl/68/186).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Agnes Ingels.Payment to heirs of, for death from Injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, 1575out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the heirs of Agnes Ingels, deceased, late of Lexington, Kentucky, the sum of $1,000, in full settlement against the Government, for injuries occasioned to the said Agnes Ingels while a visitor at Hot Springs, Arkansas, by the negligent operation of United States Government motor truck numbered twenty-five thousand nine hundred and sixty-seven while said truck was in the care and custody of and being driven by an enlisted man of the United States Army under the orders of his superior officer.
