CHAP. 27.— An Act To extend relief to the claimants in township 16 north, ranges 32 and 33 east, Montana meridian, Montana. January 6, 1925.[[H. R. 3511](/us/bill/68/hr/3511).][[Public, No. 301](/us/68/pl/301).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Public lands.Additional area allowed entrymen in Montana to correct erroneous surveys. That if by reason of the adjustment to the plat of resurvey of entries in township 16 north of ranges 32 and 33 east of the Montana principal meridian, Montana, entrymen or their assigns have heretofore acquired or may hereafter acquire patents to a less area than such entries when made were believed to contain, the Secretary of the Interior may, under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, cause patents to issue to such entrymen or their assigns for such area of surveyed, unreserved, unappropriated, nonmineral public land in the State of Montana, not containing merchantable timber, as when added to the area to which the entries were adjusted will equal the area the entries *Provisos*.Time limit for applying.were supposed to contain when made: *Provided*, That applications for such additional area shall be filed within six months from the date of the issuance of patent or within six months from the passage No further proof or fees required.hereof if patent has already issued: *Provided further*, That patents for such additional area shall issue without further final proof and without payment of fees or commissions.
