CHAP. 268.— An Act For the relief of Robert J. Kirk. June 5, 1924.[[H. R. 3009](/us/bill/68/hr/3009).][[Private, No. 42](/us/pvtl/68/42).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Robert J. Kirk.Payment to, for services.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, 1372to Robert J. Kirk, of Florence, South Carolina, the sum of $332.50 for service as United States commissioner for the Eastern District of South Carolina for the period beginning July 1, 1919, to November 15, 1919.
