CHAP. 265.— An Act To amend section 4044 of the Revised Statutes, as amended. February 18, 1925.[[H. R. 4441](/us/bill/68/hr/4441).][[Public, No. 424](/us/pl/68/424).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Postal Service.[R. S., sec. 4044, p. 779](/us/rs/s4044/p799). amended.Rendering of money-order accounts.Vol. 28, p. 32, amended. That section 4044 of the Revised Statutes, as amended, is amended to read as follows:
" “It shall be the duty of postmasters at post offices authorized to issue money orders to render to the comptroller, Bureau of Accounts, Post Office Department, quarterly, monthly, semimonthly, weekly, semiweekly, or daily account, of all money orders issued and paid, of all fees received for issuing them, of all transfers and payments made from money-order funds, and of all money received to be used for the payment of money orders or on account of money-order business” " Approved, February 18, 1925.
