CHAP. 264.— An Act For the relief of the estate of Filer McCloud. February 17, 1925.[[H. R. 4610](/us/bill/68/hr/4610).][[Private, No. 183](/us/pvtl/68/183).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Filer McCloud.Payment to estate of, for property damages.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed 1574to pay to the administrator of the estate of Filer McCloud, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,000 in full compensation for property on Parris Island, South Carolina, belonging to such estate, which was destroyed by the United States Marine Corps for military reasons.
