CHAP. 263.— An Act To repeal the first proviso of section 4 of an Act to establish a national park in the Territory of Hawaii, approved August 1, 1916. June 5, 1924.[[H. R. 4985](/us/bill/68/hr/4985).][[Public, No. 198](/us/pl/68/198).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Hawaii National Park.Vol. 39, p. 434, amended.Restriction on maintenance. etc., expenses, repealed. That the first proviso of section 4 of an Act entitled “An Act to establish a national park in the Territory of Hawaii,” approved August 1, 1916, which is in words and figures following:
“ *Provided*, That no appropriation for the maintenance, supervision, and improvement of said park in excess of $10,000 annually shall be made unless the same shall have first been expressly authorized by law, ” be, and the same is hereby, repealed. Approved, June 5, 1924.
