CHAP. 255.— An Act For the relief of Blattmann and Company. February 17, 1925.[[S. 555](/us/bill/68/s/555).][[Private, No. 174](/us/pvtl/68/174).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the sum of Blattmann and Company.Payment to, for wrongful seizure by Alien Property Custodian.$97,804.70 is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of compensating Blattmann and Company, of Waedenswil, Switzerland, for losses sustained through the wrongful seizure and sale of one million fifty-seven thousand one hundred pounds of devitalized gluten by the Alien Property Custodian of the United States, which belonged to the said Blattmann and Company.
