CHAP. 252.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the commissioners of Fayette and Greene Counties, Pennsylvania, to construct a bridge across the Monongahela River near Masontown, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. June 4, 1924.[[H. R. 3395](/us/bill/68/hr/3395).][[Public, No. 190](/us/pl/68/190).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Monongahela River.Fayette and Greene Counties may bridge, Masontown, Pa.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the commissioners of the counties of Fayette and Greene, in the State of Pennsylvania, and their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Monongahela River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Masontown, in the Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.county of Fayette, in the State of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 4, 1924.
