CHAP. 23.— An Act To extend the time for the construction of a bridge across the Arkansas River between the cities of Little Rock and Argenta, Arkansas. February 16, 1924.[[S. 602](/us/bill/68/s/602).][[Public, No. 18](/us/pl/68/18).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the times for Arkansas River.Time extended for bridging, by Pulaski County, Little Rock, Ark.Vol. 40, p. 398.Vol. 12, p. 1258, amended.commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by the Act of Congress approved October 6, 1917, as revived and reenacted by the Act of February 15, 1923, to be constructed by the county of Pulaski across the Arkansas River at the city of Little Rock on the site now occupied by the free highway bridge constructed by said county in the years 1896 and 1897 are hereby ex-10tended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 16, 1924.
