CHAP. 227.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to grant a patent to certain lands to Johann Jacob Lutsch. May 31, 1924.[[H. R. 5169](/us/bill/68/hr/5169).][[Private, No. 32](/us/pvtl/68/32).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Johann Jacob Lutsch.Land patent to.of the Interior is authorized and directed to grant to Johann Jacob Lutsch, of Saint Anthony, Idaho, a patent to the west half of section 15, township 11 north, range 41 east, Boise meridian, Idaho, such land having been entered by Johann Jacob Lutsch under homestead entry numbered 033715, Blackfoot series.
