February 12, 1925.[[S. 3622](/us/bill/68/s/3622).][[Public, No. 404](/us/pl/68/404).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Bayou Bartholomew.Morehouse Parish, La., may bridge.Concurrent Resolutions, p. 9.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the police jury of Morehouse Parish, Louisiana, or the State Highway Commission of Louisiana to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Bayou Bartholomew, at a point suitable to the interests Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84. Locations.of navigation, and in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906, at or near each of the following-named points in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana:
Vester Ferry, Ward Ferry, and Zachery Ferry. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 12, 1925.
