CHAP. 196.— An Act For the relief of Roger Sherman Hoar. February 9, 1925.[[H. R. 8727](/us/bill/68/hr/8727).][[Private, No. 153](/us/pvtl/68/153).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Roger Sherman Hoar.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Roger Sherman Hoar, 715 Hawthorne Avenue, South Milwaukee, of the county of Milwaukee, and the State of Wisconsin, the sum of $150.93 in full compensation for moneys actually expended by him under the direction of his commanding officer during the late World War for the protection of the Government in the matter of patent, serial number 298605.
