CHAP. 195.— An Act For the relief of Albert S. Matlock. February 9, 1925.[[H. R. 8329](/us/bill/68/hr/8329).][[Private, No. 152](/us/pvtl/68/152).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Albert S. Matlock.Credit in postal accounts. That the Postmaster General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the account of Albert S. Matlock, formerly acting postmaster at Van Buren, Arkansas, in the sum of $18,906.91, due to the United States on account of postal funds (including war savings certificates for which the postmaster had given interim receipts), postage stamps, money-order funds, war savings and thrift stamps, and war tax revenue funds which were lost as the result of burglary on February 13, 1919, and the sum of $18,906.91 is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the payment of said claim.
