CHAP. 182.— An Act For the relief of the Chamber of Commerce of the city of Northampton, Massachusetts. February 9, 1925.[[H. R. 4280](/us/bill/68/hr/4280).][[Private, No. 139](/us/pvtl/68/139).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Northampton, Mass., Chamber of Commerce.Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Chamber of Commerce of the city of Northampton, Massachusetts, the sum of $4,500, to reimburse the said chamber of commerce for money advanced by it for the purchase of a certain tract of land now a part of the site of the Veterans’ Hospital of the United States in the city of Northampton, Massachusetts, the said tract not having been included in the terms of the offer of the said chamber of commerce to the Director of the United States Veterans’ Bureau to provide a site for said hospital, which offer was duly accepted by the said Director of the United States Veterans’ Bureau on behalf of the Government of the United States.
