CHAP. 181.— An Act For the relief of Daniel F. Healy. February 9, 1925.[[H. R. 1326](/us/bill/68/hr/1326).][[Private, No. 138](/us/pvtl/68/138).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Daniel F. Healy.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $344.60, in full settlement against the Government to Daniel F. Healy, for injuries sustained as a result of being struck by a Government-owned truck in Manchester, New Hampshire, on May 4, 1922. Approved, February 9, 1925.
