R. 8657](/us/bill/68/hr/8657).][[Public, No. 300](/us/68/pl/300).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That section 98 ofNorth Carolina western judicial district.Vol. 41, p. 532, amended. the Judicial Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding the following language: 722 " Terms of court, Shelby.“That terms of the District Court of the United States for the Western District of North Carolina shall be held in each and every *Proviso*.Rooms to be furnished.year in the town of Shelby, North Carolina: *Provided*, That suitable accommodations for holding court at Shelby are furnished free of expense to the United States.
