CHAP. 179.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a certain claim as the result of damage sustained to the marine railway of the Greenport Basin and Construction Company. R. 3348](/us/bill/68/hr/3348).][[Private, No. 136](/us/pvtl/68/136).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Greenport Basin and Construction Company.Payment to, for collision damages.of the Treasury be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to pay. out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $559.98 to the Greenport Basin and Construction Company, of Greenport, New York, as compensation for damage to their marine railway caused by the United States Coast Guard cutter Pequot.
