CHAP. 177.— An Act For the relief of Emil L. Flaten. February 9, 1925.[[H. R. 2806](/us/bill/68/hr/2806).][[Private, No. 134](/us/pvtl/68/134).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the, United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Postmaster Emil L. Flaten.Credit in postal accounts.General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the account of Emil L. Flaten, postmaster at Moorhead, Minnesota, in the sum of $16,391.99, due to the United States on account of postage stamps, key-deposit funds, war-savings and thrift-stamp funds, and war-tax revenue stamp funds which were lost as the result of burglary on October 27, 1920.
