CHAP. 176.— An Act For the relief of James J. McAllister. February 9, 1925.[[H. R. 2258](/us/bill/68/hr/2258).][[Private, No. 133](/us/pvtl/68/133).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That there is James J. McAllister.Payment to.*Ante*, p. 1330.hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,000 to compensate James J. McAllister, a Bannock Indian, residing near Boise, Idaho, for water rights lost by him incident to the acquiring by the War Department of a water supply for Fort Boise Barracks, Idaho: *Provided*, That this sum shall not be paid to the said James *Proviso*.Release in full required.J.
McAllister until he shall have executed a release in full satisfaction of all claims against the Government for or by reason of the loss of said water rights. Approved, February 9, 1925.
