CHAP. 174.— An Act Authorizing the payment of an amount equal to six months’ pay to Joseph J. Martin February 9, 1925.[[H. R. 1717](/us/bill/68/hr/1717).][[Private, No. 131](/us/pvtl/68/131).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Joseph I. Martin.Gratuity pay to, as father of George Russell Martin. That the Paymaster General of the Navy shall cause to be paid to Joseph J. Martin, father of the late George Russell Martin, gunnery sergeant, United States Marine Corps, an amount equal to six months’ pay at the rate received by Martin at the date of his death. Approved, February 9, 1925.
