R. 3183](/us/bill/68/hr/3183).][[Private, No. 24](/us/pvtl/68/24).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Rush O. Fellows.Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Rush O. Fellows, of Bellefourche, South Dakota, the sum of $354.50 to repay him for private funds expended for governmental purposes while he was postmaster at Bellefourche, South Dakota.
