CHAP. 171.— An Act For the relief of the New Jersey Shipbuilding and Dredging Company, of Bayonne, New Jersey. May 23, 1924.[[S. 1572](/us/bill/68/s/1572).][[Private, No. 21](/us/pvtl/68/21).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary New Jersey Shipbuilding and Dredging Company.Payment to, for collision damages.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $152,278.28 to the New Jersey Shipbuilding and Dredging Company, of Bayonne, New Jersey, in full settlement to reimburse said owner of drill boat Numbered 3 for loss sustained as a result of total destruction of said drill boat Numbered 3 through collision with the United States ship Lykens, in Hell Gate, off Halletts Point, New York Harbor, on September 1, 1921.
