CHAP. 153.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Harrisburg Bridge Company, and its successors, to reconstruct its bridge across the Susquehanna River, at a point opposite Market Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. February 7, 1925.[[H. R. 10030](/us/bill/68/hr/10030).][[Public, No. 372](/us/pl/68/372).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Susquehanna River.Harrisburg Bridge Company may bridge, Harrisburg, Pa.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Harrisburg Bridge Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and its successors and assigns, to construct or reconstruct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Susquehanna River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, and opposite Market Street, Harrisburg, in the county of Dauphin, in the State 815of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.“An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, February 7, 1925.
