CHAP. 152.— An Act To extend the time for the construction of a bridge across the Rock River in the State of Illinois. February 7, 1925.[[H. R. 9827](/us/bill/68/hr/9827).][[Public, No. 371](/us/pl/68/371).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Rock River.Time extended for bridging, by Winnebago County and Rockford. III.Vol. 42, p. 1220, amended. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by Act of Congress approved January 31, 1923, to be built by the county of Winnebago, the town of Rockford, and the city of Rockford, in the State of Illinois, across the Rock River, on the extension of Auburn Street in said city of Rockford, and in section 13, township 44 north, range 1 east, of the third principal meridian, in the county of Winnebago and State of Illinois, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 7, 1925.
