CHAP. 151.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to Board of County Commissioners of Aitkin County, Minnesota, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River. February 7, 1925.[[H. R. 9380](/us/bill/68/hr/9380).][[Public, No. 370](/us/pl/68/370).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Mississippi River.Aitkin County, Minn., may bridge. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to Board of County Commissioners of Aitkin County, Minnesota, and their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto Location.across the Mississippi River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near section 9, township 52 north, range 23 west, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.in the county of Aitkin, in the State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 7, 1925.
