CHAP. 145.— An Act To authorize the governor and commissioner of public lands of the Territory of Hawaii to issue patents to certain persons who purchased government lots in the district of Waiakea, island of Hawaii, in accordance with act 33, session laws of 1915, Legislature of Hawaii. February 6, 1925.[[H. R. 6303](/us/bill/68/hr/6303).][[Private, No. 127](/us/pvtl/68/127).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the governor Hawaii.Occupier of designated in district of waiakea to receive patents from territorial authorities.and commissioner of public lands of the Territory of Hawaii are hereby authorized to issue patents to the following-named persons, their successors or permitted assigns, occupiers of lots in the Waiakea house lot tract, district of Waiakea, island of Hawaii, which lots were sold by the Territorial government in accordance with act 33, session lav’s of 1915, Legislature of Hawaii: *Provided, however*, *Proviso*.Condition.That no patents be issued until all conditions imposed by the Territorial government at the time of sale have been complied with:
