CHAP. 144.— An Act To fix the time for the terms of the United States District Courts in the Western District of Virginia. April 30, 1924.[[S. 1609](/us/bill/68/s/1609).][[Public, No. 110](/us/pl/68/110).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Virginia western judicial district.Terms of court fixed.Vol. 40, p. 605, amended. That the terms of the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia shall be held at Lynchburg on the first Monday in January and July; at Charlottesville on the first Monday in February, and on the Wednesday after the first Monday in August; at Danville on the first Monday in March, and the second Monday in September: at Harrisonburg on the third Monday in March, and the fourth Monday in October; at Abingdon on the second Monday in April and November; at Big Stone Gap on the first Monday in May and October; at Roanoke on the first Monday in June, and the fourth Monday in November.
