CHAP. 141.— An Act For the relief of the William J. Oliver Manufacturing Company and William J. Oliver, of Knoxville, Tennessee February 5, 1925.[[H. R. 3132](/us/bill/68/hr/3132).][[Private, No. 126](/us/pvtl/68/126).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary William J. Oliver.Payment to.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $170,757.86 to William J.
Oliver for damages sustained growing out of the seizure and holding by the Government of the William J. Oliver manufacturing establishment at Knoxville, Tennessee. Approved, February 5, 1925.
