CHAP. 139.— An Act For the relief of George A. Nickles. April 28, 1924.[[S. 3761](/us/bill/68/s/3761).][[Private, No. 16](/us/pvtl/68/16).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, George A. Nickles.Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to George A. Nickles, of Charleston, South Carolina, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $100 to reimburse him for a bond of the fourth Liberty loan, for which he paid cash at the port of embarkation, Hoboken, New Jersey, andfor which he received a receipt from the proper authority, andwhich bond has never been delivered to him.
