CHAP. 138.— An Act For the relief of the owners of the steamship Kin-Dave. February 3, 1925.[[S. 1894](/us/bill/68/s/1894).][[Private, No. 124](/us/pvtl/68/124).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, “Kin-Dave,” steamship.Payment to owners of, for collision damages. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $3,500 to the owners of the steamship Kin-Dave, as compensation for and in full satisfaction of all claims of such owners for any damages to said steamship Kin-Dave sustained as a result of a collision between said steamship and the United States steamship Colonel Clayton on November 3, 1920, in the Milwaukee River, Wisconsin.
