CHAP. 137.— An Act For the relief of Emma Kiener February 3, 1925.[[S. 1605](/us/bill/68/s/1605).][[Private, No. 123](/us/pvtl/68/123).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Emma Kiener.Payment to, for property damages. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, for the relief of Emma Kiener, of Salt Lake City, Utah, widow of Christian Kiener, deceased, in full satisfaction of all damages suffered through the destruction by soldiers stationed at Fort Douglas, Utah, of certain buildings erected on a homestead location, made in good faith, near Fort Douglas, Utah, by said Christian Kiener the sum of $1,500.
