CHAP. 132.— An Act For the relief of Canadian Car and Foundry Company, Limited. February 2, 1925.[[S. 3505](/us/bill/68/s/3505).][[Private, No. 119](/us/pvtl/68/119).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Canadian Car and Foundry Company, Limited.Refund of import duties to.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to refund to the agency of the Canadian Car and Foundry Company, Limited, the sum of $192,278.83 paid by the agency of the Canadian Car and Foundry Company, Limited, as duties on certain materials imported into the United States for shipment abroad but which were destroyed by fire after such manufacture and before the same were exported, such refund to be paid out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
