CHAP. 127.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Fox River in Saint Charles Township, Kane County, Illinois. April 18, 1924.[[S. 2597](/us/bill/68/s/2597).][[Public, No. 101](/us/pl/68/101).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Fox River.Aurora, Elgin, and Fox River Electric Company may bridge, in Saint Charles Township, Ill. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Aurora, Elgin, and Fox River Electric Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Fox River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in section 11 of township 40 north, range 8 east of the third principal meridian, beingConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Saint Charles Township, Kane County, Illinois, in accordance with the Act of Congress entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2. Amendment That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 18, 1924.
