CHAP. 122.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the county of Allegheny, Pennsylvania, to construct a bridge across the Monongahela River in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. January 31, 1925.[[H. R. 10947](/us/bill/68/hr/10947).][[Public, No. 354](/us/pl/68/354).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Monongahela River.Allegheny County may bridge, in Pittsburgh, Pa. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Allegheny, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Monongahela River at a point suitable to the interests of 803navigation, approximately one and two-tenths miles above its junction with the Allegheny River, in the city of Pittsburgh, in the county of Allegheny, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in accordanceConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, January 31, 1925.
