CHAP. 116.— An Act For the relief of Thomas Nolan. April 15, 1924.[[S. 1219](/us/bill/68/s/1219).][[Private, No. 14](/us/pvtl/68/14).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Thomas Nolan.Payment to legal guardian of, for personal injuries.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Margaret Nolan, the legal guardian of Thomas Nolan, the sum of $2,500, in full settlement for personal injuries sustained by said Thomas Nolan on the 28th day of April, 1919, when run down by an ambulance belonging to the United States Army.
Sec. 2. The following sums are appropriated, out of any money Appropriation for expenses incurred.in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full settlement of all charges and claims for necessary services, resulting from personal injuries sustained by Thomas Nolan: To the Methodist Episcopal Hospital, Brooklyn, New York, $150; to Elliott, Jones, and Fanning, 215 Montague Street, Brooklyn, New York, $150; to Margaret Nolan, 369 Hoyt Street, Brooklyn, New York, $350. Approved, April 15, 1924.
