That the fifth paragraph of section 81 of the Judicial Code is hereby amended to read as follows:795 " “Terms of the district court for the eastern division shall be held Terms of court.Vol. 39, p. 55, amended.at Keokuk on the fourteenth Tuesday after the second Tuesday in January and the eighth Tuesday after the third Tuesday in September; for the central division, at Des Moines on the fifteenth Tuesday after the second Tuesday in January and the Tenth Tuesday after the third Tuesday in September; for the western division, at Council Bluffs on the second Tuesday after the second Tuesday in January and the second Tuesday after the third Tuesday in September; for the southern division, at Creston on the fourth Tuesday after the third Tuesday in September and the second Tuesday in January; for the Davenport division, at Davenport on the twelfth Tuesday after the second Tuesday in January and the sixth Tuesday after the third Tuesday in September; and for the Ottumwa division, at Ottumwa on the first Tuesday after the second Tuesday in January and the third Tuesday in September.
