CHAP. 9.— An Act For the relief of Leroy Fisher. December 16, 1922.[[H. R. 1862](/us/bill/67/hr/1862).][[Private, No. 154](/us/pvtl/67/154).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Leroy Fisher.Payment to, for injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Leroy Fisher the sum of $1,500 for expenses incurred as a result of injuries sustained through being hit by an auto truck, the property of the United States Post Office Department and driven recklessly by an employee of the United States.
