CHAP. 89.— An Act Providing that the Government property known as the Saint Francis Barracks, at Saint Augustine, Florida, be donated to the State of Florida for military purposes. March 1, 1922.[[S. 2138](/us/bill/67/s/2138).][[Public, No. 160](/us/pl/67/160).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the GovernmentSaint Francis Barracks, Fla.Donated to the State for military purposes. buildings and the land connected therewith, known as Saint Francis Barracks, at Saint Augustine, Florida, be, and the same is hereby, donated to the State of Florida, to be held by said State and used for military purposes, subject to the following express condition thatCondition. upon notice in writing by the President of the United States to the governor of the State of Florida that the United States has need for said property, this grant shall cease and determine and title to said lands and all improvements thereon shall immediately revert to the United States.
