CHAP. 87.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Oregon-Washington Bridge Company, and its successors, to construct a bridge across the Columbia River at or near the city of Hood River, Oregon. February 15, 1923.[[S. 4341](/us/bill/67/s/4341).][[Public, No. 421](/us/pl/67/421).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent Columbia River.Oregon-Washington Bridge Company may bridge, at Hood River, Oreg.of Congress is hereby granted to the Oregon-Washington Bridge Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Washington, and its successors, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Columbia River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the city of Hood River, Oregon, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.“An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, February 15, 1923.
