CHAP. 85.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Delaware State Highway Department to construct a bridge across the Nanticoke River. February 15, 1923.[[S. 4346](/us/bill/67/s/4346).][[Public, No. 419](/us/pl/67/419).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent Nanticoke River.Delaware may bridge, at Seaford, Del.of Congress is hereby granted to the Delaware State Highway Department and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Nanticoke River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Seaford in the county of Sussex, in the State of Delaware, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, February 15, 1923.
