CHAP. 84.— An Act For the relief of the Stevens Institute of Technology, of Hoboken, New Jersey. February 27, 1922. [[S. 52](/us/bill/67/s/52).] [[Private, No. 39](/us/pvtl/67/39).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theStevens Institute of Technology. Inheritance tax refunded to. Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the trustees of the Stevens Institute of Technology, of Hoboken, New Jersey, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $45,750, being the sum paid to the United States January 28, 1870, as a collateral inheritance tax upon the bequest which provided for the establishment and endowment of said institute.
