That the Secretary of the Treasury be authorized to pay, out of any money of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to William Malone the sum of $75, being the cost of an abstract of title sent to the Commissioner of the General Land Office in August, 1916, and lost by some employee of that office. Approved, December 16, 1922.
