CHAP. 79.— An Act For the relief of Kristina Furjak. February 25, 1922. [[S. 160](/us/bill/67/s/160).] [[Private, No. 36](/us/pvtl/67/36).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theKristina Furjak. Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Kristina Furjak, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $495, being the amount deposited with the Commissioner of Immigration at Ellis Island for safe-keeping pending determination of her right to enter the United States, said sum having disappeared from the safe and all efforts made to determine the responsibility for the loss having proved unsuccessful.
