CHAP. 78.— Joint Resolution Authorizing the payment of salaries of officers and employees of Congress for August, 1921. August 23, 1921. [[H. J. Res. 195](/us/bill/67/hjres/195).] [[Pub. Res., No. 18](/us/bill/67/pubres/18).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Congressional employees to be paid August salaries August 24, 1921. That the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives are authorized and instructed to pay the officers and employees of the Senate and House of Representatives, including the Capitol police, their respective salaries for the month of August, 1921, on the 24th day of said month.
