CHAP. 76.— An Act To extend the provisions of the Act of February 8, 1887, as amended, to lands purchased for Indians. February 14, 1923.[[S. 1926](/us/bill/67/s/1926).][[Public, No. 412](/us/67/pl/412).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Indians.Lands purchased for. subject to allotment restrictions, etc.Vol. 24, p. 388. That unless otherwise specifically provided, the provisions of the Act of February 8, 1887 (Twenty-fourth Statutes at Large, page 388), as amended, be, and they are hereby, extended to all lands heretofore purchased or which may hereafter be purchased by authority of Congress for the use or benefit of any individual Indian or band or tribe of Indians.
