CHAP. 76.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the city of Pittsburgh, a municipal corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Monongahela River at or near its junction with the Allegheny River in the city of Pittsburgh, in the county of Allegheny, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. February 25, 1922.[[H. R. 8818](/us/bill/67/hr/8818).][[Public, No. 154](/us/67/pl/154).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Monongahela River.Pittsburgh, Pa., may bridge, at its junction with the Alleghany.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the city of Pittsburgh, a municipal corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge, with approaches thereto, across the Monongahela River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near its junction with the Allegheny River, in the city of Pittsburgh, in the county of Allegheny, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in accordance with Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 25, 1922.
