CHAP. 71.— An Act For the relief of Colonel Herbert Deakyne, Corps of Engineers, United States Army. February 24, 1922. [[H. R. 1370](/us/bill/67/hr/1370).] [[Private, No. 35](/us/pvtl/67/35).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Herbert Deakyne. Credit in accounts. That the accounting officers of the Treasury are hereby authorized and directed to allow and 1581credit the accounts of Colonel Herbert Deakyne, Corps of Engineers, United States Army, the sum of $45.85 disallowed against him on the books of the Treasury.
