That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,727 to Bradley Sykes, for injuries sustained as the result of being struck by a Government-owned automobile in Chicago on June 28, 1920.
