CHAP. 67.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to N. May Jernegan. February 21, 1922. [[H. R. 5597](/us/bill/67/hr/5597).] [[Private, No. 32](/us/pvtl/67/32).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, N. May Jernegan. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of N.
May Jernegan, widow of Warren G. Jernegan, ate of the Hospital Corps, United States Army, War with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of $125 per month in lieu of that *Proviso*. Allowance for child.she is now receiving: *Provided*, That one-third of the pension allowed by this Act shall be for the benefit of the child until he shall reach the age of twenty-one years. Approved, February 21, 1922.
